I couldn't, too. But a few days later I managed it. Yesterday evening I couldn't upload an art piece, 'cos the site didn't want to show me the window where I was supposed to make a neat icon of the picture, and it didn't want to post it uncut. But in the morning all was okay. NG is somewhat moody :D
